Shipping Policy

  • Standard Shipping: Gamervault offers standard shipping for all orders. Deliveries within Spain typically take between 6 to 10 business days, while international deliveries may take between 7 to 14 business days depending on your location. While we strive to dispatch as quickly as possible, delivery times may vary.
  • Multiple Shipments: Orders may be shipped in separate packages, as items often come from different suppliers or locations.

2. Order Processing

  • Order Confirmation: After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your purchase. Please review this confirmation carefully to ensure that all information is correct.
  • Processing Time: Our warehouse processes and ships orders Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Processing time is typically 1 to 2 business days if all items are in stock. During high-demand periods, such as new product launches and holidays, processing may take a few extra days. If an item is out of stock, processing may be delayed by up to a week.

3. Order Tracking

  • Delivery Address: Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery addresses during the checkout process. We are not liable for lost or misdirected packages due to incorrect addresses.
