Return Policy

30-Day Guarantee

At Gamervault, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality products with exceptional service. All of our items come with a 30-day free replacement guarantee starting from the date of purchase. If your product doesn't match the description or is defective, you have 48 hours from receipt to contact us, and we'll resolve the issue promptly.

If you received an incorrect item, notify us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will send the correct product or issue a full refund.

For defective items, please send photos or videos to info@gamervault.com, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund after confirming the issue.

Note: This guarantee does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, water, or other forms of product abuse.

Returns and Refunds

Our return policy is valid for 14 days from the date of purchase. If more than 14 days have passed, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Steps to request a refund:

  1. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. We do not accept returns for items that have been used or damaged by the customer.
  2. Send an email to info@gamervault.com to request a Return Authorization (RA) number. Please provide a detailed reason for the return, along with photos or videos to support your request.
  3. Once approved, you will receive an RA number and the return shipping address. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or misplaced packages.

Shipping Costs:

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable. If you are issued a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Please mark the returned item as a "gift" to avoid customs charges, as we do not cover customs fees for returns.

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and issue a full refund to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

Partial Refunds:

  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to an error on our part.
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Late or Missing Refunds:

If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account and contact your credit card provider, as processing times may vary. If you’ve followed these steps and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at info@gamervault.com.

Exchanges:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, send an email to info@gamervault.com.

Sale/Promotional Items:

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale or promotional items are not eligible for refunds.

Order Cancellations:

Orders cannot be canceled once processed and/or shipped. If you wish to cancel an order before processing, a 20% restocking fee will apply to cover handling and credit card processing fees.

Non-Refundable Reasons:

  • Customer changed their mind after purchase.
  • Customer found a lower price elsewhere.

Please make an informed decision before completing your purchase, as placing an order constitutes a legally binding agreement to purchase the items in your cart.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and any unforeseen delays in shipping, customs clearance, or local postal services.

Shipping Costs:

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping destination and selected delivery method. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • For international shipments, the customer is responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or fees.

Order Tracking:

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery. We recommend checking your tracking information for real-time updates.

Damaged or Lost Packages:

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@gamervault.com within 48 hours of delivery, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

Undeliverable Packages:

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or refusal to pay customs fees, we will issue a refund for the cost of the items minus any shipping and handling fees.
